Hanoi launches next Sound Stuff Festival

Update at 28/03/2011 08:55

Following successful performances in 2008, 2009 and 2010, the fourth electronic music “Hanoi Sound Stuff Festival”, under the theme “Green Connections”, will be held at the Van Ho Exhibition Centre, Hanoi, on April 15th and 16th.

The event will be attended by a number of international artists, such as ‘Silvouplay’ from France, ‘Timeart Ensemble’ from Germany, ‘Space 360’, ‘Horn’ from Thailand, Raysoo from Malaysia and some talented Vietnamese artists like Tri Minh, Giang Noise, DJ Kruise, Luong Hue Trinh, Trinh Minh Hien and Tung Duong.

The festival this year will connect music with the environment to raise awareness of the environmental protection for young people, the main event’s participants.

In addition, composer Tri Minh and artist Luong Hue Trinh will also hold some programs on April 2nd to welcome the event.

Though festival has been run since 2008, it has attracted youth and organisations from at home and abroad, especially in 2010 with the participation of more than 500 artists and media organisations worldwide.
